MEMBERSHIP: Members are elected by the residents of the district. They must live or own a business in the South End district. Group which encourages active citizen participation in building a better community. Handicapped accessible.

MEETINGS: Once monthly, 3rd Thursday 7:00 p.m., Bay County Child and Senior Citizen Center, 1001 Marsac, Bay City, Michigan.

Serves the South End district of Bay City. Advises the city government with respect to programs for the orderly growth, development, and redevelopment of the area. Keeps the residents of the district informed about development plans and other issues of concern. Promotes better relations between local government and residents.
